In this session, I’ll share the technical journey of designing and deploying a no-code AI agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate core parts of my business analyst responsibilities.
We’ll explore how I translated business processes into adaptive cards and PowerFX expressions, crafted prompt engineering strategies to handle dynamic stakeholder communications, and orchestrated multi-tool automation including API triggers and conditional workflows to build a context-aware, reliable agent. Along the way, I’ll highlight key architecture decisions, pitfalls, and how to balance automation with transparency and control.
